John A. Coppede Cheyenne, Wyoming
John comes to Wyoming from New York. He studied law at the University of Wyoming and has since become a long-time Wyoming resident. Following law school John was a law clerk for Alan B. Johnson, United States District Judge for the District of Wyoming. He is a partner in the firm and has been with Hickey & Evans for several years. Prior to coming to the firm he served as special counsel for Rothgerber, Johnson & Lyons. His practice includes an extensive list of civil/commercial litigation cases in both state and federal courts, including Clean Air Act Litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, employment law, creditor's rights and bankruptcy. His practice also focuses on litigation before administrative agencies, which has included the Wyoming Environmental Quality Council, the Wyoming Board of Equalization, the Wyoming Office of Administrative Hearings and the Wyoming Medical Commission. John is a member of the Wyoming State and Laramie County Bar Associations. John and his wife Josefina have two sons. He enjoys scuba diving, travel and spending time with his family.
